Teams planning to participate in the FTC Istanbul Premier may need an invitation letter to submit to consulates prior to the visa application process, “if necessary.”
Given that consulates are very busy, we recommend that you schedule your visa appointments as early as possible.
For the invitation letter required for visa applications of teams competing in the FTC Istanbul Premier, please download the Excel form here and fill it out completely in the same format for all team members. Then, send it via email to info@fikretyukselfoundation.org. The invitation letter for your team will be sent via email as soon as possible.
To ensure we can respond promptly, you must submit your invitation request at least two weeks before your scheduled appointment. Teams are solely responsible for ensuring the document is completed accurately and in full.
